Upon registration, to ensure that the caregivers have no disqualifying past criminal records or have not been charged with abuse, they are screened through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. All caregivers must submit to an FBI Level 2 background screening and receive a Level 2 background "Eligible" result. All are qualified, licensed, insured and bonded.
