Whitsyms is seeking Full Time or Part Time Professionals for work in Palm Beach, Martin, Broward, Miami-Dade, Indian River, St. Lucie, Okeechobee, Collier, Charlotte, Lee, Sarasota, Seminole, Osceola, Orange, Brevard, Hendry, Glades and DeSoto counties.
Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Home Health Aides (HHA), work either in homes or at facilities.
Applicant required documents for:
Home Health Aide /
Certified Nursing Assistant
Monday - Friday
9:30am - 3:30pm
**BACKGROUND SCREENING LEVEL 2 THAT IS ELIGIBLE** 1. HHA Certificate w/Curriculum Or CNA License
2. Assist with Self Medication Certificate (2hr)
3. Initial HIV Certificate (2 hours)
4. Valid CPR Card
5. Documents Authorizing applicants to work in the United States of America
6. Social Security Card
7. Driver's License or other valid Identification
8. Physical- Must be done within the past six (6) months stating applicant is "free of communicable diseases" (Physical cannot be performed by a Chiropractor)
9. Professional Liability Insurance
Applicant required documents for:
Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN)
Monday - Friday
9:30am - 3:30pm

1. License
2. Documents Authorizing applicants to work in the United States of America
3. Social Security Card
4. Driver's License or other valid Identification
5. Physical- Must be done within the past six (6) months stating applicant is "free of communicable diseases" (Physical cannot be performed by a Chiropractor)
6. Professional Liability Insurance
All applicants must have:
- License and or certification
- Initial HIV
- HIV update (if initial HIV is not current)
- Social security card
- Work permit if applicable
- Picture i.d. (eg. driver's license)
- No disqualifying criminal record
- Strong command of the English Language
