Spinal Stenosis typically develops as a person ages causing numbness, cramping or pain on one side of the body or the other. The symptoms gradually worsen over time or get worse when you stand or walk upright.

Caregivers are trained to help patients with spinal stenosis manage their pain and keep them as active as possible.
